I am a UX Research and Strategy Director with 10+ years transforming insights into actionable business strategies, defining, creating and improving products and systems that deliver significant, measurable value. I've worked on both the consumer facing and the internal operations sides of large multinational corporations, leading the definition and creation of digitally enabled services, mobile and IoT devices, and systems that deliver quantifiable value.

I am passionate about enabling people to reach their goals. I take a human centered approach, driven by the proven belief that to be most effective, innovative processes and advanced technologies must be integrated thoughtfully into the context in which individuals and organizations operate. When environmental, social, economic and social factors are leveraged true value is unlocked.

My solid academic grounding in Human Centered Design, Systems Thinking, and Storytelling enables me to drive actionable short and long term strategies, defining and creating products and services that bring significant and measurable value to consumers and businesses.

I've led cross-functional teams in leveraging design thinking, system design methodologies and innovation toolsets to define and create innovative solutions that have driven both short-term quantifiable results and long term business growth.
